Gleich neben dem Duomo lädt die Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II zum Staunen ein. Als Verbindung zwischen Domplatz und Piazza della Scala enthält sie edle Geschäfte und Restaurants (mal abgesehen von McDonalds) aber schöner ist's eh, den Blick zu heben und die Architektur zu geniessen.

Right next to the Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is waiting to be admired. Connection Piazza del Duomo with Piazza della Scala it is full of fancy shops and restaurants (besides of McDonalds) but it is anyway more exciting to keep your head up in the air and enjoy the architecture.

Rona Rona
Heute bin ich, nach fast genau 35 Jahren, an einen Ort zurück gekehrt, der ganz weit weg war und nun plötzlich wieder mit vielen Details vor mir aufgetaucht ist.
Today I returned, after almost exactly 35 years, to a place that was far away all this time but suddenly re-emerged with many details in front of me.
